Positive: What impressed me the most was the exceptional care and attention from the hotel manager. Both before my arrival and after my departure, he consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well. He was always available and willing to help with any arrangements, and I genuinely felt very well supported throughout my stay. He even helped me find an excellent driver for visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park and the Rwenzori Mountains, which made a big difference to my experience. The facilities were practically new and very well maintained, and the whole place felt safe and well looked after. Overall, both the hotel and especially the manager were fantastic.
Negative: The only slight downside is that access to the hotel is not very easy, as the roads in the area are in quite poor condition. However, this is not something the hotel can control, as it’s a general issue in Uganda rather than a fault of the property itself. Other than that, I honestly have no complaints.
Summary: Overall, I felt very well looked after and supported throughout my stay.
